This is such a great idea for someone who is throwing a Dr. Seuss themed event! I know I am going to do a “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” Christmas Party this year!

So I am about to move into this great old industrial building and I thought a great way to offset the clean industrial lines would be to make this.

Etsy Huntin: Centerpiece Inspirations

This would go great with my vintage game centerpiece idea. Etsy rocks!

So I am looking at West Elm and am finding some great items. Make sure you always keep your eyes open for unique pieces and websites. You never know when something is going to jump out at you, take these craft flowers! A great way to add a little unexpected fun to your wedding.

I know many people would never consider using this as a centerpiece item, but I think it is such a unique piece that would add a touch of whimsey.

Well, I am starting to plan my sister’s baby shower now and I am thinking of the inspiration and thought this was cute. Vintage Rocket man!

I love the idea of using succulent plants for centerpieces. They are a very under utilized plant when it comes to special events.

Inspirational Websites
  • So I wanted to ask my fellow Special Event and Wedding Coordinators what sites they use for inspiration. I have posted which sites I use but I do not want to become a "One Note" as the saying goes. So I want to get suggestions for interesting sites out there that you use for inspiration.
  • Also, you do not need to be an Event Planner to make suggestions, I find inspiration in the most unique places. So if you are an artist and have a favorite site, or even location, please feel free to make suggestions.
  • I look forward to hearing your feed back.
  • Remember, inspiration can come from the most unexpected places!

So I just purchased one of my previous posts from this great Etsy.com shop and I decided that I needed to show you my next centerpiece idea from Joanne’s shop at shavingkitsuppplies

I think this is a really unique concept for a bride who is not your “Typical” bride.

Please check her shop out.

So I know I talk a lot about inspiration and I know it is hard to explain exactly what inspiration comes from, but I think my good friend Josie captured it in her recent post.

So I thought I would post where I get my inspiration from when it comes to the items I blog about.

So here are the sites that I am always looking at for inspiration:

I know the Tumblr ones are kind of cheating but hey, I have to know what other Event Planners are doing, right?

Let me know where you get your inspiration from!
